In 1800s Paris, many brasseries becaome gathering places for influential writers, artists and regular citizens. Conversations that changed culture, religion and ideas were born there. This is more than 200 years ago, but still relevant. That is why we want Brasseriet Naustet to be a welcoming meeting place where conversation and culture combine with well-composed food with the chefs own touch on local produced food.
